Synopsis :

Sgt. Chum always sneaks out from the base to get drunk. The Lt. Commander finds it out and orders Chum to set up a show for the officer re-union party, but once again Chum is caught drunk during the party. This time the Lt. Commander punishes Chum and his friends by assigning them to station on a ship. When the Lt. Commander takes his mistress for a walk along the beach, his wife catches up with him and is going to shoot him. The Lt. Commander gets away by running into a house nearby which is the place where robbers hide, and is abducted by them. Chum and his friends have to find a way to save the Lt. Commander.
